Tasting Notes

We LOVE what we are doing. This is our passion. We want to share it with you. We have built videos of our tasting sessions with Sal, our winemaker, so we can try to communicate with you what we feel when we drink our wines... and hopefully you can try to share the experience for yourself. We are also asking famous Sommeliers around the world to share their tasting notes with you. We are very proud and thankful to have the opportunity to share with you the tasting notes of Sylvain Nicolas, elected best Sommelier of France in 2015 by Gault&Millau, and prior to that in 2013 by the association of French Sommelier... Sylvain is also the head sommelier of Guy Savoy restaurant in Paris, our favorite restaurant there, which we wholeheartedly recommend if you also share our passion for gastronomic experience! It is a MUST have !
